About Sold Short
Sold Short (Marketing) Ltd ("Sold Short", "we", "us") is an independent introducer service registered in England and Wales. We are not a law firm and nothing on this site constitutes legal advice. We connect individuals who believe they may have a professional negligence claim against their solicitor with specialist professional negligence lawyers on our panel.
Our service
When you contact us we will discuss your situation, take basic details about what happened and, where appropriate, introduce you to a specialist solicitor from our panel who can review your case in more detail. Any decision to take your case forward is made by that solicitor and any retainer is between you and them directly.
Fees
We do not charge clients any fee for our introducer service. Where a case is referred to a panel solicitor we may receive a marketing fee from that solicitor. This fee is paid by the solicitor and does not affect the compensation you receive or the terms of any no win no fee agreement you enter into with them.

Your information
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy. By submitting an enquiry you consent to us passing your details to an appropriate panel solicitor for the purpose of assessing your claim.
